In 2009, we, Liesbeth and Olivier, left the city life and ratrace for a life at the farm.
We settled in Rocamadour, a medieval town in the department Lot, near the Dordogne river, in the middle of a natural park called 'Les Causse du Quercy'.
In 2010 we started to make ice cream. At that time we bought the milk from local farmers.
Meanwhile, we have a stack of 20 goats and 5 cows for our own milk production. We use all of it for the production of our dairy ice cream.
Nowadays we're professional farmers, and during the very busy sumer time our two kids help us to cope with the heavy workload.
